WHAT WE TEACH

OVER THOUSANDS OF YEARS,

sages of ancient China rigorously studied the workings of nature and of the human body. Their long studies produced some of the most profound forms of exercise and mind training known to man: Kung Fu, Tai Chi Chuan and Taoist meditation and qigong.

 

From practical self-defense to traditional strength training to subtle forms of meditation, we train to bring out the full potential of the body, mind and spirit.

All classes are taught by SHANTI WEBLEY. Shanti has trained and taught martial arts and meditation for over 20 years. He holds a black belt in Mo Duk Pai Kung Fu under Sifu Kyle Alexander. Additionally he has trained in Jiu Jitsu, Chinese Wrestling and a variety of self defense modalities. He has also studied extensively under Taoist Lineage Master B.K. Frantzis in Qigong, Taoist meditation and the Internal Martial Arts. He has studied with Senior Teachers of Mantak China’s Universal Tao meditation system. He currently trains with martial arts master Zhang Wei Dong.
